OFFER OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSION
With reference to your application for admission into the Seminary, and following your good performance at the last entrance examination and at the subsequent oral interview, it is my pleasure to inform you that you have been offered a provisional admission as a student of the Baptist Theological Seminary Kaduna, for the Master of Theology lasting a minimum of two [2] and maximum of four [4] years. Resumption date is Monday, 4th August, 2025.
In order to confirm your admission and reserve a place for you in the student hostel, (reservation of accommodation will be on first come, first serve basis). You are required to come along with the following items to the Registrar’s office, on or before 4th August, 2025.
1. You are also required to pay the complete fees for the year before resumption. (Attach Evidence of Payment) and sign the certificate of acceptance and submit it at the point of registration.
2. Supply two 2” x 2” passport photos of yourself, and if married one of your spouse.
3. Have your sponsor duly fill, stamp and sign the enclosed financial Guarantee form and return it to the office of the Registrar.
All fees and deposits for one year must be paid in full on the day of resumption and other regulations met before any student will be allowed to matriculate and attend classes. Late entrant will be required to pay a late registration fee of =N=1,000.00 per day, [after the first week of registration]. A current schedule of fees payable is attached herewith.
• On campus housing is available for singles and married.
• Housing will only be allocated to those who complete their fees and paid for the accommodation upon arrival, you will be required to fill an allocation form with the housing officer.
• For married, maximum of four (4) children with ages 12 and below can secure available housing on campus.
• If you have children above twelve (12) years of age, you are encouraged to find accommodation off campus so that you can stay with your family.
You will come with all necessary writing materials: exercise books, papers, pens, and pencils for your use; as well as toiletries for your personal use and money to settle other necessary expenses. In addition, you are to bring with you items listed on the back of this letter. These will be checked when you come. Throughout your programme of study, the Seminary will retain the names by which you applied and are being accepted as a student in this institution. This implies that your certificate from the Seminary will bear the same names as are found on your official application form for admission into the Seminary.
