OFFER OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSION
With reference to your application for admission into the Seminary, and following your good performance at the last entrance examination and at the subsequent oral interview, it is my pleasure to inform you that you have been offered a provisional admission as a student of the Baptist Theological Seminary Kaduna, for the Master of Theology in Missions (Full Time) lasting a minimum of two [2] and maximum of four [4] years. Resumption date is Monday, 3rd of August, 2026.
You will need to activate your account on the school portal through the following steps:
Step One: Activate your email address. Your school email address is: [email protected]. Your password for email activation is: btsk2026! On a computer, go to mail.google.com, on a phone, go to the Gmail App, and add an account. Use the details above to log into your school email account. You will be required to change the password after you use the one above for the first time. After you have logged into your school email account, go to https://btskad.edu.ng/students/login. Then click on forgot password. Enter your school email [email protected]. A password reset link will be sent to your school email. Use the link to reset your password to the portal. After you reset your password, go back to https://btskad.edu.ng/students/login and use your school email [email protected] and the password you just reset to log in to your account. After you log in, go to Make New Payment to pay your technical fee, acceptance fee, and any other fees you have. In order to reserve a place for you in the student hostel (reservation of accommodation will be on a first-come, first-served basis), if you have children above twelve (10) years of age, find accommodation off campus so that you can stay with your family. You are required to send the following items to the Registrar’s office, on or before the 2nd of June 2026 for Part-time students and the 3rd of August 2026 for full-time students.
You are also required to pay the full year's fees before resumption through the portal as instructed above. Supply two 2” x 2” passport photos of yourself, and if married, one of your spouse. Have your sponsor duly fill, stamp and sign the enclosed financial Guarantee form and return it to the office of the Registrar.
All fees and deposits for one year must be paid in full on the day of resumption through the portal, and other regulations must be met before any student will be allowed to matriculate and attend classes. Late entrants will be required to pay a late registration fee of =N=1,000.00 per day. On-campus housing is available for singles and married students. Housing will only be allocated to those who complete their fees and paid for the accommodation upon arrival, you will be required to fill an allocation form with the housing officer. For married, maximum of four (4) children with ages 10 and below can secure available housing on campus. If you have children above twelve (10) years of age, you are encouraged to find accommodation off campus so that you can stay with your family.
You will come with all necessary writing materials: exercise books, papers, pens, and pencils for your use; as well as toiletries for your personal use and money to settle other necessary expenses. In addition, you are to come with a dark suit (black or navy blue), 2 pairs of black shoes, and 2 black leather belts. These will be checked when you come. Throughout your programme of study, the Seminary will retain the names by which you applied and were accepted as a student in this institution. This implies that your certificate from the Seminary will bear the same names as those on your official Seminary admission application form.
